pretty good for scripts, but contact is tricky
i was looking for a good desktop app for managing my email lists, and someone pointed me to CodeCanyon. i ended up grabbing the "Active Email Marketing - Newsletter & Automation" script for about $49 which was pretty sweet. the script itself works great, but i had a quick question about integrating it with another service and figuring out how to actually contact the author was a bit of a maze. like, where's the easy 'contact author' button? they mostly do site-wide sales instead of promo codes, which is fine, but i wish support was a bit clearer.
